Member Rules

Article 1 | Organization Name
This organization shall be referred to as HERO Z.CAPITAL PROJECT.

Article 2 | Philosophy and Purpose
This organization aims to simultaneously achieve asset formation and social contribution through digital services, GOLD finance, and next-generation energy, based on shared values and relationships of trust.

Article 3 | Membership Eligibility
Individuals who agree with the philosophy of this organization and obtain approval from the Chairperson shall be recognized as members.

Article 4 | Obligations of Members
Members shall pay the prescribed membership fees and donations, and shall comply with these regulations and the organizational rules.

Article 5 | Prohibited Acts
Members shall not engage in the following acts.

• Acts that damage the credibility of the organization

• Acts that violate these regulations

• Involvement with anti-social forces

• Unauthorized disclosure of information

Article 6 | Confidentiality Obligation
Members shall not disclose information related to the organization or its activities to third parties.

Article 7 | Withdrawal and Expulsion
Members may withdraw voluntarily.
In the event of a violation of these regulations, a member may be expelled at the discretion of the Chairperson.

Article 8 | Management and Final Decision-Making
Matters not stipulated in these regulations shall be subject to the judgment of the Chairperson.
